November Home & School Meeting

Please join us (virtually of course!) for our November Home & School meeting. It’s a great opportunity to meet other members of the school community and stay up to date on activities at the school directly from the Principal or Vice-Principal.

Everyone is free to join the meeting – whether you are a member of the Home & School or not. We’d love to have you there! You can listen in or participate as much as you like – whatever you’d like to do!
I’d also like to remind all parents of remote learners that you are very much a part of the Evelyn Harrison community and it would be great to have you come to this meeting!

Carmichael’s Meats Fundraiser

The Evelyn Harrison Home & School is holding our first product fundraiser of the 2021-2022 school year with items from Carmichael’s Meats! These extremely tasty products make wonderful stocking stuffers or gifts for the holiday season.

First Home & School Meeting (2021-2022)

Please join us (virtually of course!) for our first Home & School meeting of the 2021-2022 school year. It’s a great opportunity to meet other members of the school community and stay up to date on activities at the school.

As it’s our first meeting of the season we will be collecting forms and payment for anyone wishing to become a member of the Evelyn Harrison Home & School for the 2021-2022 school year.
Membership allows you to have a say about what our Home & School does for the school by casting your vote at our meetings.

If you are interested please fill out the membership form located under the forms section of this website. The cost is $20 for either a family or an individual membership.

June 21st/2021 Home & School Meeting

Please join us (virtually – of course!) for our June 21st/2021 Home & School Annual meeting . Learn about the results of our recent fundraisers, hear from the school administration and more! The meeting will also include the election of the 2021/2022 Home & School executive team!

** Please note the Home & School meeting will start at 6:30pm instead of the normal time of 6:00pm. **

Sports Equipment Donation

Thanks to the generous support of the parents, guardians and the rest of the Evelyn Harrison community Home & School was able to provide a variety of sports equipment to the school!

Home & School Executive Member Louise drops off the sports equipment at the school

Mrs. Pinder let us know at the March Home & School meeting that the kids could use sports items to play with during the recess periods. In response Home & School voted to provide $500 worth of equipment to the school to help with his need.

Today Home & School Executive member Louise dropped off ten bags of equipment that each include:

  • 2 Soccer Balls
  • 2 Basketballs
  • 1 football
  • 3 Skipping Ropes
  • 2 Frisbees

The Evelyn Harrison Home & School is holding our first fundraiser of 2021 with products from Canadian Safety Supplies. We are offering a variety of useful first aid & safety products starting from as little as $5!
